Ahhhhhhhh….. finally… FINALLY….some Fall weather!!! I wore a sweater with boots yesterday and it was glorious. I have been opening the windows every morning and the air feels so refreshing. I have my pumpkin spice candle lit, a big over-sized sweatshirt on and a cup of hot coffee sitting next to me. I am definitely a Fall kind of girl. With the cooler weather finally arriving I decided it was about time I did my Fall Home Tour.
So sit back, grab a warm drink and welcome to our home!
We have a large front porch which is something that drew us to this house.
Over the Summer I painted the tan and white stripes on the porch. To see how I did that you can read about that HERE
Big white and green pumpkins make me happy.
I bought this old small sawhorse for $7 a month ago and I think it’s the cutest thing ever.
You can never go wrong with a mum in an old bushel basket. Mums make me happy as well.
I added burlap in the bottom of my planters to hold the mums since the container it was in was too big to fit inside. Burlap is much cuter than a plastic orange bucket anyways.
Come on in to our entry-way.
I love my old dresser that serves as our entry-way table.
I placed a vase in an old wire basket, added some fall foilage and a homemade sign and fabric pumpkins. I seriously think I”ll probably keep up the fall foilage year round. I love all those warm colors.
I made these fabric pumpkins and sign, I think they are too cute! You can purchase them HERE
Gotta have a Fall Chalkboard.
Don’t mind the very up-close picture of the bald guy on my tv. LOL. Didn’t time that one out very good…..
I kept my mantle pretty simple this year. Just added some fall greenery and small pumpkins and gourds.
My hutch is so much fun to decorate for the holidays. It’s such a big item that there’s so many possibilities!
My dining room is still a work in progress. I have lots of ideas for it that I am excited about.
I found these adorable silver leaf napkin holders on sale for $1 at Pier 1.
My mini Fall tree is in my dining room.
I made this burlap bag with lights inside and sell them on my facebook page: Berry Berry Quite Contrary
Sometimes it’s those simple things that just stand out to me.
An old dust pan with faux acorns inside.
Didn’t do much in my laundry room this year….. added a velvet orange pumpkin.
A few more Fall items I have out.
I hope you enjoyed my Fall tour! Thanks so much for stopping by!
