Cowboy Oatmeal Cookies-My Mom’s Recipe

I grew up eating these cowboy oatmeal cookies. I will say, my dad LOVES these cookies and I would definitely define him as a true cowboy… coincidence? You decide. There are a handful of dessert recipes my mom made for us growing up that I still remember and now make for my own family. Chewy, sweet and delicious- these are so good and easy to make. This recipe makes quite a bit of cookies which is good because they will be gobbled up in no time!
