May To Do List

I’m really liking breaking up what I focus on into monthly goals. It doesn’t feel quite as overwhelming as say a yearly goal. This month I want to focus on the above things!

- I’ve really been slacking on putting the kitchen to bed at night but my mornings feel SO much better when I wake up to a clean kitchen. And really, it doesn’t take that long to do in the evenings.
- For a long time, I was really good about doing my facial cupping and gua-shua at night but have fallen out of the routine. I notice a big difference in the inflammation around my jawline and face when I do it compared to when I don’t. So, I really want to get back into the routine of doing this!

This is the cupping set I own and my gua shua tool is from Young Living.
- I sleep better when I am not scrolling on my phone before bedtime (don’t we all)- it’s a bad habit I can get into- so my goal every night is to be off of it by 10 pm.
- Last month was quite busy, as is May. All the parents know that these two months are usually wild. We’ve definitely been eating out more lately and I want to focus on eating real, healthy food at home. I’m going to have to implement better planning of meals.
- Morning walks are my favorite, whether I listen to a podcast or think, I never regret going for a walk. If I don’t do it in the morning, there’s a good chance I will not do it later; so morning walks it is!
- Flowers are on my mind; I just haven’t had a chance to deck our porch, patio and garden with them yet. Next week I want to start!
- Our porch needs a major refresh and I am very very excited to get started on it! Can’t wait to show you guys what I have planned. Hopefully my plans work out! I am doing something new I’ve never done before…. so we shall see!
- Want to start and finish 2 books this month- 1 fun one and 1 Christian one. Planning on blocking out 15-20 minutes of time during my days to accomplish this!
