Reset Challenge With Ningxia Red: 2 Weeks to a Better You!
Starting June 1st, we are starting a reset challenge! This reset challenge is about taking care of you- moving your body, drinking water, eating clean and incorporating Ningxa Red, our wellness drink, into your everyday life for 2 weeks! I am in the middle of a reset challenge right now but am planning on starting another one June 1st and want you to join me!
What is Ningxia Red?
I’ve been drinking Ningxia Red now for the last year or so. After starting diffusing essential oils 3 years ago, I slowly started trying out other products from Young Living and one of those was Ningxia Red. Ningxia is a wholefood supplement and is packed full of all the good things for you.
For me, I have found multiple benefits from drinking Ningxia red. My immune system is stronger, I have more energy, I drink less pop and overall just feel healthier and stronger. The biggest difference is my immune system – I used to get sick ALL the time. Anything my girls had, I would always catch. I still get sick sometimes but it’s honestly less than half of what it was. As a mom and wife, I don’t have time to be sick, I mean who does really?! I’ve put more of an importance on taking care of myself and body and Ningxia red plays a part in that.
Ways to Drink It
There’s lots of different ways to drink Ningxia and everyone has their own favorite way. My favorite way to drink it is mixed with black cherry zevia , a splash of pineapple juice and 2-4 oz of Ningxia. It’s so good; I typically drink it with my lunch or for an afternoon treat.
You can drink it straight up, mixed with sparkling water, olipop or a bubly.

I would love to have you join me!! It’s so important to take care of yourself, spiritually, physically and mentally. The better we are, the better we can be there for the people we love. This is what I have been focusing on for the challenge:
- 30 minutes of movement : I do 20-30 minutes of yoga every morning and hit at least 10,000 steps
- Drinking my Ningxia Red: I try to have all of my ningxia drank by evening.
- Eating Clean: I am focusing on eating “real” food, not processed.
- Drinking water: Filling my Stanley up every morning and adding lemon or my Vitality drops helps me consume more water everyday.
