Christmas Decor On Open Shelves in Dining Room

Kayla

Hello! Happy weekend! I thought today I would share my Christmas decor with you all in my dining room. I kept things pretty simple in here this year, it’s a smaller space so my open shelves really help bring some Christmas cheer to the area. There’s no room for a smaller Christmas tree and an elaborate tablescape really wouldn’t work since we use the table daily. Regardless of those things I really feel like this is a cozy little area in our home.

The first thing I always do is switch out our pillow covers on this bench. I love having a bench against this wall- you can fit lots of little kids on this thing! These knit cream ones are one of my favorite, affordable pillow covers that I use all over my home during the colder seasons.

These floating shelves are from Target, I also have them in my laundry room and Jayde’s room.

My color scheme this year is copper and green so I added these small copper plates I found on sale at Target and some green vintage mugs I found thrifting. These faux trees were a Hobby Lobby find last year.

On this side I added some Christmas houses, a faux potted plant, a sprig of pine and a little Christmas sign.

Thank you for stopping by today!

xoxo Kayla
