Fall Outfit Ideas
Just like I like fall weather better than any other season, I also like fall fashion better than any other season as well. Forget about shorts and tanks. I am a jeans girl through and through. Add a cozy sweater or cardigan and I’m a happy girl.
To be completely transparent and honest, I have been trying to lose the rest of the baby weight from my last pregnancy for the last year now. It’s SLOWLY coming off because I like food, like a lot. I really don’t get people who don’t like food and who forget to eat a meal. WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU?!?!? I made a little pact with myself that I wouldn’t buy any new clothes until I lost all the weight. Well months later (amid coronavirus which did not help) I decided on a new game plan. That I would actually embrace my body in the now and buy some clothes that I felt good in and fit me. I know I will lose it all eventually, it is just taking me a little longer this time around and that’s ok.
Thought I’d share some of my new favorite looks with you guys for this fall season.
I bought this shirt and pair of jeans at the Buckle and it’s one of my new favorite outfits. The shirt has an elastic band at the bottom which makes it SO flattering and I really love the neckline. It is also very comfortable. You can find it here.
These jeans are my new FAV pair! I can’t tell you how nice it is to have a pair of jeans that I actually like. These are the brand Willow & Root and you can purchase them here.
This next outfit screams FALL to me! This corduroy button up dress is really cute. Unfortunately it is out of stock where I bought it from right now.
I paired it with my favorite fall hat and a ribbed black long sleeved shirt. You can purchase the hat here. It’s under $20 and they have lots of different colors.
This next outfit is one of my favorites. This rib knit babydoll dress was a Target find and is only $20! A really good, basic dress that is very flattering.
I paired it with a knit sweater I already owned and these cognac knee high boots.
This next shirt I styled 2 different ways.
I love a good basic shirt. Dress up with jeans and boots or down with jogger pants and tennies.
Both of these pieces are from Walmart. I was not able to find them on their site but found both of these pieces in-store.
Hope this gave you some inspiration!
Side-note: I do realize my mirror was dirty after I took ALL of my pictures. Palm to face. Life with 4 kids. And a lesson learned for next time. Clean the mirror before. 🙂
