Faux Flowers in Vase – Summertime Decorating

While I wish I had a garden like Floret Flower with loads of beautiful, colorful flowers to choose from to place in vases indoors; the reality is I do not. I imagine myself, someday, cutting fresh flowers from my garden, or strolling the farmer’s market and purchasing a fresh bouquet. But for now that is not happening in my world. I love the look of fresh flowers in the home so decided to create my own faux flower bouquets to look like the real deal.

Faux flowers can get real pricey, real fast. While I’ve splurged before on a few faux sprigs, I wanted to find something more affordable this time around. Hobby Lobby is always my go to place for this cause. A few other sites I like to find faux flowers at are: AFLORAL, Nearly Natural and Pottery Barn.

These are the flowers I purchased to make 2 bouquets for our home.

I love any type of creative project like this.

I chose 2 large glass vases for the flowers that I had stored away- I might even add some water in the bottom to make them look even more realistic.
