No Bake Cookies

I love sweets. Especially cookies. I would choose cookies over ice cream any day or time of the week! No Bake Cookies are exactly that – you don’t bake them! I have tried SO many recipes over the years and have finally perfected one that I now only use. To me- this recipe makes the perfect No Bake Cookie – not too dry, not too wet. Chocolatey goodness. These take about 5 minutes to mix – an hour to set up – and are one of my girl’s favorite desserts.

I use a cookie scoop to drop these on parchment paper – and a spoon to press them down more flat.

This cake platter is my favorite- I use it to hold most desserts I make.
