Pottery Barn Dupe Lamp

Kayla

I love myself a good thrift store find and this pottery barn dupe lamp is one of my best finds to date! Over on Instagram I shared this the other day but wanted to dedicate a blog post to it and show you all how it looks in our entry! As well as to make the point that you don’t have to have a ton of money to decorate your home; sometimes all it takes is patience and searching to find the right item for an area.

Pottery Barn Lamp Dupe

I saw this lamp base sitting on a shelf at the Habitat for Humanity Re-store. Instantly, I thought of the Faris Ceramic Table Lamp from Pottery Barn which runs over $300. The lamp at the re-store was only $10!! No one knew if it actually worked or not but I took my chances. And lucky me- it did in fact work!

Luckily, I had this lamp shade sitting down in storage and it was the perfect fit for the base. Don’t even remember where it came from?! I was close to donating it but held onto it and I am sure glad I did.

In this shot you can see part of our staircase. I did a diy cement treatment to this wall and still love it so much. The before and after is pretty crazy. Go HERE for the tutorial. It’s a messy project but not as hard as what you might think!

The lamp is huge but works in our entry, especially since we have higher ceilings.

This area has come such a long ways in the last year or two. I am continuing to work on styling the console table behind our couch and will show you all that when it’s done!

xoxo Kayla
