Pumpkin Muffins With Different Topping Ideas
Hello!! Today I wanted to share our pumpkin muffin recipe with you all! We are a big fan of muffins over here; another favorite of ours is banana chocolate chip muffins. And give me anything baked with pumpkin in it and I’m a fan! Baking is one of my favorite things to do and I’ve been trying to do a little more of it lately.

Pumpkin Muffins 1/2 cup avocado oil 3 large eggs 1 1/2 c. sugar 1 1/2 c. canned pumpkin 3/4 tsp. cinnamon 1/4 tsp. nutmeg 1 1/2 tsp. salt 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1 3/4 c. + 2 tab. flour Combine all ingredients. Grease 2 muffin tins, fill 3/4 full.Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

Pumpkin Muffin Toppings
There are a few different toppings that I’ve done with these pumpkin muffins:
- Cream Cheese Frosting – You can find my recipe here
- Butter & Cinnamon Sugar- This is actually my favorite way to eat these- melt some butter & dip the tops of the muffins in it. Mix some cinnamon and sugar together and dip the buttered top in it. Mmmmm SO delicious!
- Add chocolate chips – This isn’t necessarily a topping but add 1/2 c – 1 c of chocolate chips to your mixture before baking.
- Leave tops plain and add butter before eating.
