Blueberry Loaf with Fresh Blueberries & Sugar Topping
One of the things I’ve been focusing on when it comes to food is – less processed and more real. Am I perfect at this? No. Will I never eat processed food? No. But I truly believe in small changes and I love when I find a delicious recipe that is made with REAL ingredients. I’m not a big fan of blueberries on their own, or even in yogurt for that matter, but I LOVE them in any type of bread. This blueberry loaf with fresh blueberries is SO good! Easy to make and delicious.
Blueberries are packed with, “fiber, vitamin C & K, manganese and potassium.” One of the healthiest fruits out there for you! A slice is perfect for breakfast, a snack or even for dessert. I like to add a little butter on mine.
